The Vishva Hindu Parishad of Australia is a community organization and strives for the ideal of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one large family). The prime aim of Vishva Hindu Parishad of Australia is to promote the principles of Unity in Diversity, social cohesion, multiculturalism, harmony, inclusiveness and Pluralism in Australia in partnership with the local Councils, the Australian Federal and all State Governments and to promote Peace, Progress, Prosperity and social and economic benefits of Australian cultural diversity. The service divisions of Vishva Hindu Parishad of Australia include Hindu Cultural Heritage Teaching Programme in NSW Public Schools, Hindu Social Services Foundation, Hindu Elders Foundation, Hindu Youth Australia, Sydney Veda Patasala, Indian Language Classes and Bala Samskar Kendra and are working for everybody in the community.

"Bal Utsav" is the next generation movement for "Hindu Australians" in NEW SOUTH WALES. "Bal Utsav" programme is to guide our children, the future leaders of the Hindu Australian society towards the ideal of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" and to contemplate the needs and challenges of future generation.

Participating musicians please form groups of minimum 3 and practice your song. Instrumentalists may perform solo if they cannot form a group.
Students are encouraged to form their own groups (minimum 3) with the help of their teachers. Please select one song per group.

All are welcome to join the group singing Bhavayami at the beginning and Thillana at the end of the programme.
